Refunds, Cancellations & Other Policies

General Refund and Cancellation Policies: 

  1. Refund requests are considered pursuant and in accordance with our company's policies. It is our goal to facilitate all qualified refund requests we receive in a timely and satisfactory manner to benefit you, our client.
  2. Refund requests will be considered if request is received prior to seven (7) days of the event. 
  3. Enrollees to our Spank The Bank NOW Business Academy agree to enroll for the full term of 12 months. Refunds are NOT allowable for this program after your Start date.
  4. Digital purchases cannot be refunded once you have accessed the digital product. 
  5. You will receive a refund minus a $75 administrative transaction fee if cancellation is in accordance with our terms and conditions.
  6. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (email or direct mail). Registrant can call in to advise of non-participation. However, written communication must be received pursuant to our terms and conditions to confirm cancellation.
  7. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  8. IF you register within seven (7) days of an event or training program, unfortunately, you will not qualify for a refund. You are allowed to transfer to a future event date if you are unable to attend.
  9. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. 
  10. Refunds can only be repaid to the account the original payment was made through. 
  11. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days.
  12. Refund requests must include the name of the registrant, event name, date of event, and any applicable transaction number. 

Cancellation Terms & Conditions: 

  1. KSR Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel an event or training program at any time. Cancellations could be due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other applicable circumstances which would negatively impact the event or training program.
  2. If KSR Solutions, LLC cancels an event or training program, your payment will be transferred to a future event.
  3. Registrants can cancel their registration at any time pursuant to the above terms and conditions.
  4. If a registrant cannot attend the event, they can request a transfer to a future event date, colleague, or friend.
